Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic, pressed to a paste
- 1 hot chili (Thai, jalapeno, etc.), seeded and minced
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon tahini (sesame seed paste), peanut butter, or cashew butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- 2 tablespoons Thai basil
Directions
Serves 4-6
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Toss as much dressing as you like with shredded greens, cabbage, steamed veggies, or a lettuce-based salad. This dressing came from a mixed cabbage salad recipe. Serve immediately or chill for a ½ hour.
