Directions
Combine ¾ lb cooked whole wheat spaghetti, 2 cups packed arugula, 1 cup halved grape tomatoes, ¼ cup chopped parsley, 3 Tbsp pine nuts, 1 Tbsp olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Warm.
