Salad Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded napa cabbage
- 2 scallions sliced with greens
- ½ cup chopped red pepper
- 4 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 carrot, julienned
- ⅔ cup sliced almonds
- 1 ½ cups chopped or shredded chicken
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup vegannaise
- 1 teaspoon chipotle sauce
- 1 ½ tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons agave
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions
Blend all dressing ingredients and set aside. Layer salad ingredients according to schematic. When ready to eat, turn jar over onto plate. Toss and enjoy!
